📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Priority/Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

🎀 Free Local Pickup

We offer FREE local pickup at checkout.

Select “Local Pickup” when placing your order. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with pickup instructions.

Pickup is available via porch pickup.
A drop-off/public meeting area can also be arranged upon request.

Please wait for your pickup confirmation before arriving to ensure your order is packaged and ready.

🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages

Button & Bow Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked delivered by the carrier.
If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim.

♻️ Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from Button & Bow Boutique!

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or pickup (unless discussed prior to purchase, ex. giving as a gift)

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, fragrance-free, and have all original tags attached.

  • Returns are issued as store credit only. Store credit does not expire.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be made for another size or item if available.

  • If the item is sold out, store credit will be issued.

Return / Exchange Drop-off Options

  • Porch drop-off/pickup, or

  • Public meeting location, if preferred

Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Seasonal or holiday items

  • Accessories (bows, hats, socks, etc.)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Shipping returns back to us? We recommend using a trackable method.
